Leadership Instructor

About This Role

Leadership Instructors facilitate social-emotional learning (SEL) workshops that help young people develop confidence, communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills. You will create interactive experiences that help students build leadership skills in their schools and communities. This role combines mentoring with structured curriculum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive leadership and SEL workshops for groups of 10–20
• Develop curricula around teamwork, communication, conflict resolution, and goal-setting
• Mentor students one-on-one and in small groups
• Coordinate community service projects and student-led initiatives
• Assess student growth through self-reflection and portfolio work
• Collaborate with coaches on character development integration
