Head Soccer Coach

About This Role

As a Head Soccer Coach you will design and deliver structured training sessions for youth players ages 5–18. You will develop age-appropriate curricula, manage game-day strategy, and serve as a role model both on and off the field. Ideal for experienced coaches who want to work directly with students in NYC schools on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead 60–90 minute training sessions for groups of 8–20 players
• Develop season-long curricula aligned with FolaFutbol methodology
• Evaluate player progress and deliver constructive feedback to players and parents
• Manage game-day lineups, substitutions, and tactical adjustments
• Communicate regularly with families through the FolaFutbol platform
• Attend monthly coach development workshops
