Private Soccer Trainers work directly with individual players or small groups (2–4) to accelerate skill development. You will assess each player's strengths and areas for growth, design custom training plans, and track measurable progress over time. This is ideal for highly skilled coaches who thrive in a personalized coaching environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct player assessments and create individualized training plans
• Deliver 1-on-1 or small-group sessions focused on technical skill development
• Track player progress with session notes and video analysis
• Communicate goals and milestones with parents through the platform
• Maintain flexible scheduling to accommodate client availability
• Continuously update your availability calendar on the platform
