Camp Counselor

About This Role

Camp Counselors bring energy, enthusiasm, and leadership to our seasonal camp programs. You will supervise groups of 10–15 campers through a daily schedule of soccer training, enrichment activities, team-building exercises, and free play. Camps run during summer break and select school holiday weeks. This is a great opportunity for college students, educators, and anyone passionate about working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage groups of 10–15 campers throughout the day
• Lead warm-ups, skill stations, scrimmages, and cool-downs
• Facilitate enrichment activities (arts, STEM, leadership)
• Ensure camper safety and manage behavior positively
• Communicate daily with parents at drop-off and pick-up
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and equipment management
