Program Coordinator

About This Role

Program Coordinators are the operational backbone of FolaFutbol. You will manage logistics across multiple program sites, coordinate coach schedules, communicate with schools and families, and ensure every session runs smoothly. This is an excellent stepping stone into program management or education administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across 3–5 program sites
• Manage coach scheduling, attendance tracking, and session logistics
• Serve as primary point of contact for school partners and families
• Maintain equipment inventory and supply orders
• Assist with student registration and enrollment processes
• Prepare weekly reports on program attendance and engagement
